Our Story
Logic Line Consultancy was founded to bring clarity and control to complex construction projects across the UAE and UK. We specialise in project planning, programme and project controls, and the preparation and defence of delay and extension-of-time (EOT) claims. Working alongside contractors, consultants, and employers, we turn complicated programmes into clear, defensible plans that help teams anticipate risk, protect their entitlement, and deliver on time and within budget.
Why Logic Line
Our consultants bring more than 14 years of construction planning, project controls, and claims experience — including nine years on major Dubai projects covering over AED 300 million of infrastructure, roads and utilities, landscape, and high-rise building works, delivered alongside consultants such as AECOM and Khatib & Alami.
The team is registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Society of Engineers (UAE), works in Primavera P6, and prepares delay analyses using Time Impact, Windows, and Impacted As-Planned methods in line with the SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol. Engagements are delivered remotely at highly competitive rates, backed by a proprietary multi-project controls and reporting system, with on-site support available. We also act as a delivery partner to UK consultancies including MI&A Consultants Ltd.
