ABOUT LOGIC LINE
Planning, project controls and claims — built for contractors
We give contractors and subcontractors a programme that holds up and an entitlement position that survives scrutiny.
WHY LOGIC LINE EXISTS
Most delay claims are not lost in the analysis
They are lost months earlier — in a baseline programme that was never properly logic-linked, in a notice that went out after the window closed, in records nobody kept because the job was busy.
Logic Line was founded to close that gap for contractors working across the UAE and UK: to build programmes that hold up, to keep the records that prove entitlement, and to prepare claims a determination can actually be made on.
We work from the contractor and subcontractor side. That is deliberate — it is where the commercial pressure sits, and where disciplined planning makes the biggest difference to the outcome.

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH
Led by Ghulam Haider
Ghulam Haider
Senior Planning Engineer & Claims Consultant
More than 14 years in construction planning, project controls and delay claims. Nine of those years on major Dubai projects — infrastructure, roads and utilities, landscape and high-rise building works — under the supervision of consultants including AECOM and Khatib & Alami. Over 50 extension-of-time claims prepared and defended using Time Impact Analysis and Windows Analysis, under FIDIC, NEC and SCCA forms, working primarily from the contractor and subcontractor side. Engagements are delivered personally — remotely, or on site where the project needs it.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK
Three ways to work with us
Per deliverable
A fixed scope with a fixed price — a tender programme, a baseline, a single EOT submission. You know the cost before we start.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing planning and controls support across one project or a portfolio, with agreed reporting cycles. Includes PlanningShare access.
Hourly advisory
For live issues — a notice about to time-bar, a determination to answer, a second opinion on a delay position.
Delivered remotely across the UAE and UK, and on site where the project needs it.
TOOLS, METHODS AND STANDARDS
We work to the standards your contract is judged against
Four things we will not do
An entitlement opinion given before the programme and the correspondence have been read is worth nothing, and it will not survive the Engineer.
Every day claimed is tied to a delay event, a fragnet and a dated document. If the record will not carry it, we say so before you submit it.
Where a conflict exists we decline the instruction and say why.
The determination stage is where most claims are won or lost. Support through queries, rejections and determinations is part of the engagement, not an extra.
Is a notice or submission deadline running?
Send the programme, the correspondence and the key dates. We will tell you what entitlement looks like, what is already at risk, and what it takes to secure it.
