Each package includes task-specific method statements, risk assessments aligned with CDM 2015 and HSE guidance, and COSHH assessments where required — prepared to pass main-contractor and principal-designer review first time, at fixed per-document rates with fast turnaround.
Tools, Methods & Standards
We work in the tools and frameworks your Engineer, Employer, or tribunal expects.
- Scheduling: Primavera P6 (XER/XML) and MS Project — baseline development, progress updates, resource & cost loading, and earned value reporting.
- Delay analysis: Time Impact Analysis, Windows / Time Slice, Impacted As-Planned, and As-Planned vs As-Built — applied in line with the SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol.
- Contracts: FIDIC 1999 & 2017 (including Clause 20 notices and claims), NEC, and bespoke UAE and UK forms.
- Reporting: consolidated multi-project dashboards and executive reporting through PlanningShare, our online project controls & claims management system.
Frequently Asked Questions
We operate a remote-first model, which keeps our rates highly competitive, with on-site support available for projects in the UAE. Programmes, claims, and reports are delivered to the same standard your project team would expect from an in-house planner.
Primavera P6 is our primary platform, and we exchange XER/XML files with your team. We also support MS Project and Excel-based reporting where the contract or client requires it.
Both — as well as subcontractors and consultancies. We prepare claims for contractors, and we review and respond to claims for employers and engineers, so we understand how the other side will read your submission.
An initial review of your programme, records, and contract clauses typically takes a few working days. If a 28-day notice deadline is running, contact us immediately — protective notices come first, detailed analysis second.
Flexible engagement models: per deliverable (e.g. a baseline programme or an EOT submission), monthly retainer for ongoing planning support, or hourly for reviews and advisory work. Contact us for a quote.
